Full Circle has special expertise in the development of instructional programs for education, training and orientation of employees. One of the Partners has a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and another Partner has a Masters in Instructional Communications. We understand how to make instructional programs that are engaging and effective.

Full Circle works closely with our clients to identify the desired outcome of an instructional program, offer creative suggestions for making the program interesting for the participants, write scripts, develop formative and summative evaluations and put everything together in an educational program that people actually enjoy and learn from. These programs can be delivered as online courses or on DVD. Full Circle can add a feature to online courses that generates a certificate of completion for participants and it also can place the client's course(s) in a Learning Management System that documents the progress of each participant.
